Inter-company training is based on a careful study of the training needs of the reference market to understand what the competences and abilities crucial for competitive success may be.
The aim is to offer initiatives strongly contextualised to the evolution of professional roles in target markets and emerging training needs.

 

On the basis of this objective, CUOA offers different types of inter-company initiatives:
- specialist analysis seminars;
- conferences and workshops;
- modular 'high level training' paths with the option of planning 'part-time' attendance (Friday and Saturday morning).
 
The methodological aspect is a distinctive element of Fondazione CUOA's offers in the creation of its activities. The aim is that of creating a true community, exploiting the potential of the network and the use of a dedicated teaching platform, aimed at consolidating the network of managers, professionals and consultants who have joined our work, thus promoting an exchange of knowledge and experiences and a human and professional enrichment.
