The offer of high level training for the creation, development and updating of professional, managerial and entrepreneurial skills of individuals, companies and organisations. It works mainly with offers from a catalogue. A Competency Development Area works inside the Executive Education area.
Jobleader by CUOA
This is an offer aimed at managers, professionals and businesses for the evolution and strengthening of individual and organisational competences of both technical and managerial nature in the different strategic contexts in which company competitiveness is focussed today.
It offers integrated training and consultancy activities and services with a personalised approach able to support the development of key company figures.
It is an innovative answer to individual and organisational needs, the result of listening hundreds of company contacts.
CUOA Finance
This is focused on both planning activities (analysis, study and innovation-oriented research) and operations (current project development). The services offered reflect the firm conviction that training is the main instrument that banks and other financial companies can and must use to step up the pace of change. Accordingly, the area's customised training programmes are nimble, flexible and adapted to the real needs of the companies served. Training activities are conducted partly at CUOA's own facilities and partly in-company (at individual banks, financial companies and insurance companies).
CUOA Public Administrations
Fully committed to participating in projects and tenders issued by the European Commission, as well as other national and international donor institutions and co-operation agencies, this is actively involved in the formulation and promotion of consultancy and training activities for private companies, public administrations and educational institutions developed on the basis of objectives and needs directly expressed by the co-operating parties. CUOA Lean Enterprise Center The center, affiliate of Lean global Network since 2008, wants to spread the lean culture to different social and economic areas. A virtuous model of cooperation and comparison among enterprises and centres of research, training and consultancy to grow a lean society. A place for improvement of experiences and growth of competencies necessary for national enterpreneurial system's competitiveness.
Veneto FORMSS is a company founded in 2004 and aiming at the training and development of Human Resources in the Venetian health service.
Risorse in crescita, the training center that joins three great training specialists: CUOA Impresa for managerial training, Enfapi for vocational training and Tecnoimpresa for technical deepening on environment and security matters. |
