The Legislation & Markets Observatory, was set up inside the CUOA Finance Area and is a qualified reference point for the banking and entrepreneurial sectors and the free professions, to develop an interdisciplinary-financial, juridical and fiscal approach to banking operations in both the corporate and private segments.
It started as an answer to the recent evolution of the legislative context of the financial markets (new company law, new taxes for businesses, introduction of the Basle 2 Directive and new rules for capital planning) which increasingly imposes a transverse assessment of the consequences resulting from the new legislation.
The Observatory offers analyses and activities for an interdisciplinary vision of banking operations for financing businesses and investment of personal capital and is a place for comparison for training activities, surveys, 'panels', as a time for reflection on the dynamics of the banking-business relationship and the creation of a new base for dialogue between the market and the legislator.
