Following a process of analysis and continuous improvement, we have published our first Sustainability Report to make our environmental, economic, and social impact visible and measurable.

Research and Innovation
\nIn addition to education, CUOA promotes research and experimentation in the areas of management, innovation, and business organization. Since 2006, the CUOA Lean Center has served as a model of effective collaboration between businesses and research centers, fostering a culture of lean thinking.Through the OELM Observatory\u2014Operational Excellence & Lean Management\u2014we analyze and highlight the link between Lean methodology and concrete results in Italian companies.
\nResearch and training feed into each other: on the one hand, we study economic and organizational phenomena; on the other, we translate them into tools and skills for individuals and businesses.<\/p>\n
Relations and Networks CUOA is an open community, a place where ideas, experiences, and projects come together. We foster the creation of networks and relationships through active communities, events, and opportunities for dialogue. We are supported by 18 Italian universities and an international network of academic and institutional partners, which allows us to bring the best practices in global management education to the local community.
\nOur Alumni Community is a natural extension of this network: a community of professionals who carry the values and skills developed in our classrooms out into the world, fostering an ongoing dialogue between CUOA and the business community.<\/p>\n
