We collaborate on the design of training and mentoring initiatives, conduct scientific research, build international networks to share the latest knowledge and most advanced tools, and foster entrepreneurship by enhancing its impact on the economy, society, and the environment.<\/p>\n
We reach out to family members involved in the family business and to those who have chosen different paths while remaining part of the company; we work with the current leadership and with the next generation preparing to take the reins.
\nPeter F. Brucker, a renowned economist and essayist of the last century, stated, \u201cEntrepreneurship is neither a science nor an art, but a profession.\u201d And in fact, entrepreneurship can be learned, cultivated, and enhanced.
\nIt is, indeed, a challenge to be overcome.<\/p>\n
Executive Master’s Program for Entrepreneurs<\/p>\n
Since 2006, the Master’s Program for Entrepreneurs has been the managerial development program for those who are responsible on a daily basis for leading people and managing resources to create value.
\nThis Master\u2019s program is designed based on the skills and experiences of entrepreneurs\u2014both men and women\u2014and tailored to their needs in addressing innovation, change, and market uncertainty in order to seize opportunities and make their businesses more competitive.<\/p>\n
Opportunities and Initiatives<\/p>\n
Training Programs The Center offers customized projects and executive training programs for family members who are already involved in the business, as well as coaching and mentoring initiatives for the NextGen, and mentoring sessions with the senior generation.
\nCIF addresses topics related to the development and growth of family businesses, governance structures, ownership arrangements and asset protection, generational succession, and the enhancement and protection of the intangible assets represented by the family\u2019s reputation.
