I presented a project I had worked on daily at the company, involving my colleagues from all departments and levels in gathering data and information, as well as in defining objectives and strategies. It was the real-world application of what I had learned over the course of two years in the master\u2019s program. I was supported by Petra Schrott, who, with her invaluable expertise as a teacher and professional, taught me how to ground my thoughts by giving them concrete form.

, Executive Master in HR Management Alumnus \u201cI decided to enroll in this program with the goal of deepening, improving, and expanding my personal knowledge base and practical skills for managing Reti\u2019s human capital in a way that aligns with the issues and needs of the workplace. The changes in the labor market over the past few years have made it necessary to reevaluate many activities related to recruitment and selection, onboarding and integration, as well as professional development and growth. The topic I enjoyed the most was the development of a leadership model and competency analysis.
\nThis program gave me the opportunity to try out innovative techniques in a \u2018safe\u2019 environment, which allowed me to better leverage the company\u2019s human resources. I would definitely recommend it, but only if you\u2019re motivated by a firm desire to improve\u2014based on the premise that you can and must constantly challenge yourself and engage with others to grow.
\nOne episode I fondly remember is this: during one of the classes, we simulated a challenge using AI-generated quizzes to test our knowledge in this complex field. The winner would receive a copy of the book written by the instructor on the topic. I won on the very last question, edging out a colleague by just a few points.
