Jobleader HR Management is designed for a wide range of managers and professionals interested in developing and updating their knowledge and skills in personnel management. The course is developed according to a sequence of specialist modules that, after providing a general overview of the position and functions of a HR Manager within a company, describe: the planning and staffing phase (with modules, for example, relating to resource planning, staff budget, recruitment and selection); the tools and models to define the legal and psychological contract between companies and staff (with modules relating, for example, to individual and collective bargaining and employer branding); the techniques for the development of people in the company according to logics of efficiency and effectiveness (with modules relating, for example, to career development, skills assessment and organisation of the work according to a lean logic; the tools for the valorisation and recognition of individual contributions (with modules relating, for example, to performance management and pay policies). The Jobleader HR Management, with a decade of experience, allows participants to measure themselves against an extensive network of alumni and professionals operating in local businesses. The Faculty has a mixed composition: university professors, professionals, managers and consultants. Individual coaching sessions are also an integral part of the course and are aimed at improving the management style and improve interpersonal and communication skills.

The course has a duration of six months and is held on weekends: 130 hours for a total of 14 weekends, Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.
The course consists of teaching modules that can also be taken individually.
