Lean Thinking Italian Tour

A journey to understand the application of lean in business contexts.

Itinerant training path that accompanies participants through a combination of company visits to Lean realities of different sizes and with peculiar characteristics, to "see with their own eyes" what the prerequisites and tools are to embark on the path of organizational change according to the principles of Lean Thinking.

By participating in the Study Tour, participants will see how the Lean approach can be effectively applied, regardless of the production model or the market in which the company operates, effectively contributing to an increase in organizational performance and greater involvement of their collaborators.
