Lean Transformation

The JobLeader Lean Transformation course comes from the consolidated experience of the CUOA Business School in the design of executive courses and specific expertise in the field of Lean Management, gained inside the CUOA Lean Enterprise Centre. The training program allows participants to acquire basic knowledge on Lean Thinking and practical skills and tools that can be used immediately to guide the changes in their operating environment, with particular focus on the management of human resources according to Lean principles.

Participating in the Jobleader course in Lean Transformation means acquiring, right from the start, technical knowledge and practical abilities to improve skills in Lean techniques, in order to intervene in the management of change during the transformation process.

The course requires a commitment of five months, and is conducted on a part-time, alternating weekend basis, Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.
