Executive Master in HR Management

In partnership with AIDP Triveneto (Italian Association of HR Management) and accredited by AIDP Nazionale, the master’s program in Human Resources proposed by CUOA represents a path with unique characteristics in terms of duration, structure and high pragmatic approach.
The modularity of the course allows participants to customise their path within a solid and well-organised training program. The core module of the master’s program is Jobleader HR Management which allows acquiring a comprehensive view of the main areas of expertise of the function, with insights on topical issues and without ever losing sight of the business needs. 
One of the main features of this course is the focus on experience-based teaching methods, such as company visits, testimonies of professionals and managers and the use of a mixed faculty, i.e. made up of university lecturers, training experts, managers, and consultants who teach participants about the latest personnel management models and the tools most widely used in medium and large enterprises.

The course consists of 410 hours of classroom activities, including 160 hours dedicated to the completion of a final work project, which is required to obtain the CUOA Master Diploma. The entire course must be completed within three years.
