In this course, students will learn what is the real essence of Lean Management and what is the mindset that people that live a change management experience must have. A clear distinction from philosophy, skills, competencies and tools will be discussed. There will be a brief walkthrough among the main technical instruments used to understand current situation, to design a step by step road map for transformation and basic tools that enable stability and allow to get rid of waste.

Tools and techniques
● Value Stream Mapping: fundamentals and its use in change management.
● Standardization to smooth variability
● Good housekeeping through 5S.
