Honorary Master's Degree

CUOA Business School is pleased to award an Honorary Master’s Degree in Business Administration to Giovanni Ferrero, an entrepreneur and visionary leader who has redefined the role of Italian businesses on the global stage.

His international career and his leadership of the Ferrero Group exemplify strategic vision, combining tradition, innovation, and a strong connection to his Italian roots. In addition to his managerial achievements, Ferrero also stands out as a writer, with works that reflect a deep cultural sensitivity and a focus on social issues.

In 2025, the honorary doctorate will mark its 30th anniversary since it was first awarded in 1995: through this tradition, CUOA has always celebrated—and continues to celebrate today—leadership that inspires and looks to the future with vision, responsibility, and commitment.
