The CUOA Alumni Association is opening a new chapter in its history with a significant development: for the 2025–2028 term, a board led by women will guide the community of Business School Master’s graduates. This development reflects the evolution of a professional network that is increasingly open, inclusive, and focused on leadership, innovation, and change. With this new structure, the CUOA Alumni Association is preparing to revitalize its role as a bridge between graduates and the Business School, promoting lifelong learning initiatives, networking opportunities, and a culture of shared growth.

“Taking on the presidency of the CUOA Alumni Association is a great honor for me and a responsibility that I embrace with enthusiasm. I am supported by a team of passionate and competent colleagues. We are united by a strong bond with CUOA Business School, with which we share a common strategy and a vision for synergistic growth. I would like to thank Carlo Scatturin, the outgoing President, for the dedication and energy with which he has led our community in recent years, along with the Board of Directors that supported him. Being an alumnus is an opportunity to continue contributing to the growth of the business school that educated us: it is not merely a matter of belonging, but a choice rooted in responsibility and gratitude. Having received so much, it is natural to want to give back: this means actively participating in building an ecosystem where others, too, can grow. The value of our experience multiplies when we choose to share it with the community. CUOA is part of who we have become: that is why we feel the duty—and the pleasure—to give back and generate new ideas, opportunities, and relationships.”
“Our Business School has always believed in the value of its alumni community as a strategic lever for growth and innovation,” says Giuseppe Caldiera, General Director of CUOA. “The election of the new Board of Directors of the CUOA Alumni Association represents an important moment of renewal and continuity. We are confident that, under the leadership of the new President and with the contribution of all members of the Board, the Association will further strengthen the bond between graduates and the School, creating value for individuals, businesses, and local communities. “As CUOA, we will continue to wholeheartedly support the Association’s work, recognizing that the alumni network is a valuable resource for building the future, developing skills, and fostering meaningful relationships.”
“The new Board of Directors marks an important moment for our community. Having women in leadership roles is not only a sign of change but also a reflection of an evolving, forward-looking identity. Together, we want to build a network that is increasingly vibrant, active, inclusive, and equitable—one capable of representing the changes underway and generating value in businesses, institutions, and society.”
