Being a Supporting Member means believing in the power of people, in the talent that drives businesses, and in the value of “Made in Italy” around the world. It means choosing to be part of the change—consistently and responsibly—so that together we can build a sustainable future.

Si-energie is derived from the combination of three words: “Sì” (Yes), as a statement of intent; “energie” (energy), as the vital force that drives organizations; and “sinergie” (synergies), as the deep bond between CUOA and the companies that share its mission. It is a place to share stories, to foster a sense of community, and to nurture the desire to grow together.

From 2021 to 2025, it served as a laboratory where the best ideas came together with other ideas, which is why we launched the #OutOfTheBox initiative: a space to share stories of excellence from CUOA members.
#OutOfTheBox captured the moment when community members stepped off the beaten path to venture into uncharted territory. And they succeeded—thanks to their courage, creative thinking, and teamwork. Real-life stories, told from the perspective of our Supporting Members, who once again prove themselves to be companies seeking value that goes beyond the purely economic.
