The JobCareer Center was created to generate long-term value by connecting people and businesses and supporting them as they grow.

We want to

  • to facilitate the matching of labor supply and demand;
  • support the ongoing professional development of alumni and former students;
  • analyze labor market trends and the needs of businesses;
  • create opportunities for targeted networking;
  • provide career guidance and support;
  • strengthen the connection between CUOA’s educational programs and the business world.

Who can access the Service?

The JobCareer Center is dedicated to:

  • CUOA Master’s degree alumni (enrolled as individuals);
  • Former Executive Program participants who have completed courses totaling at least 60 classroom hours (as individual registrants);
  • Companies interested in connecting with talented individuals from the CUOA Community.

To support this process, we offer the following: personalized career counseling CV review and enhancement support in finding new opportunities workshops and meetings focused on career development Career Day, Career Week, and networking events Access to the dedicated platform to view job openings and apply International career opportunities through Highered Global Career. The goal is not simply to facilitate a new entry into the workforce, but to support each person in charting a path that aligns with their skills, aspirations, and potential.

The partner for connecting with talent from the CUOA Community The JobCareer Center offers companies a free service that allows them to connect with a qualified community of managers, professionals, and young talents who have completed CUOA programs. Our team works closely with companies throughout the recruitment process, helping them identify the candidates who best meet their organizational needs. Companies can: post job and internship openings with clear and comprehensive descriptions of the career opportunities, including information about the compensation package; search for candidates using the dedicated database; manage applications through the online platform; participate in Career Day, Career Week, and networking events; work with the JobCareer Center team to identify the most suitable candidates. Our value extends beyond recruitment: we offer in-depth knowledge of the CUOA community and a unique perspective on the job market, built through ongoing dialogue with companies and professionals.
