About Us

We co-design training and mentoring initiatives, conduct scientific research, build international networks to share the latest knowledge and most advanced tools, and foster entrepreneurship by enhancing its impacton the economy, society, and the environment.

We reach out to family members involved in the family business and to those who have taken different paths while remaining part of the company; we work with the current leadership and with the next generation preparing to take the reins.
Peter F. Brucker, a renowned economist and essayist of the last century, stated, “Entrepreneurship is neither a science nor an art, but a profession.” And in fact , entrepreneurship can be learned, cultivated, and enhanced.
It is, indeed, a challenge to be overcome.
