History that blends with the present.

The CUOA is located in Villa Valmarana Morosini, a majestic 18th-century building in Altavilla Vicentina, just outside Vicenza. Designed by architect Francesco Muttoni (a student of Palladio), the villa is one of the finest examples of the long and prolific era of Venetian villas. The Villa and the CUOA came together in 1980, and since then, the Villa has “lived” alongside the CUOA.

The Villa features the Lino Zanussi Hall (a conference room with a capacity of 200 people) for educational activities and events, as well as classrooms and smaller rooms of varying sizes and configurations for training sessions, workgroups, and meetings.
All spaces are equipped with educational technology and Wi-Fi coverage.

About Us

Brought back to life in 1971, Villa Valmarana Morosini is one of the most impressive structures in the Veneto Region.
The restoration, carried out with the utmost rigor by architect Federico Motterle, was generous, bold, and intelligent, and restored the villa to its original splendor.
Our headquarters “lives” alongside the school, accompanying its development and remaining true to its original purpose as a “domus agricolae”—a typical production and business center from the time of its construction.
