MBA programs are designed for candidates with professional experience and serve as a key enabler for career advancement, particularly in the transition from a functional role to a managerial one. Specialized Master’s programs are vertical tracks designed to deepen expertise in a specific role, business area, or industry sector. They combine a curriculum focused on developing or deepening technical and specialized skills with a component dedicated to developing managerial skills, which help foster professional growth toward roles involving functional responsibility in strategic and business-support functions.

Particular attention is given both to the career guidance process for each student—with the aim of bringing out and highlighting each student’s unique qualities and skills—and to identifying as many relevant, high-profile internship opportunities as possible, which can ensure that students havea stimulating work experience rich in practical opportunities. During the internship, students have the opportunity to put what they have learned in the classroom into practice and test it in a corporate setting, gaining hands-on experience. In particular, the project work carried out during the internship allows students to tackle a specific project agreed upon with the company, developing solutions that make a personal contribution to creating value for the company itself. CUOA internships are mandatory and guaranteed . These are extracurricular internships and require mandatory expense reimbursement from the company , the amount of which varies depending on the region in which the internship takes place.
