In accordance with the provisions of Article 1, paragraph 125, of Law No. 124/2017, as amended by Decree-Law No. 34/2019, regarding the disclosure and transparency obligations of entities that maintain financial relationships with the Public Administration, the CUOA Foundation summarizes below the amounts received in the year 2025, excluding State Aid, for which reference should be made to the “National Register of State Aid”—Transparency section, as permitted by paragraph 125-quinquies of Law No. 124/2017.
