Master in Lean Management

Lean is organisational change and scientific method. It is continuous improvement and long-term perspective. It is the managerial approach that not only acts on processes, but above all on people. It is a different mindset of analysis, action, management and control of the processes. It is production efficiency and investment in human resources.

Lean transformation shakes up the mechanisms and habits of companies and requires professionals who support it. For this reason, the CUOA Master in Lean Management forms an Agent of Change: a person who designs the Lean path in a company and coordinates the kaizen sites involving different figures at different levels. A leader who is skilled in applying lean techniques enhances the capabilities of collaborators and helps to overcome the barriers obstructing change and involvement by creating the necessary conditions for implementing lean transformation.
This Master’s program is unique to Italy in terms of the contents and teaching methods. It is aimed at those who want to learn how to implement all aspects of lean transformation. It offers complete training on hard techniques and soft practices for the management of people. It focuses on experience-based learning methods to implement a Lean project: company visits, testimonies, experimental workshops, project work and a kaizen week at local lean companies.
The master’s program has a part-time weekend format that allows balancing the professional and personal commitments of participants.
