IT professionals play an increasingly strategic role in the development of business and are becoming more active in the corporate life, acquiring solid management bases and specific skills requested by the industry.

The JobLeader IT Management course, divided into teaching modules that can also be taken individually, covers topics that are relevant to those who hold IT positions (IT Managers, analysts, programmers, system engineers) in companies and who need to evolve their high technical expertise, also from a management perspective. The approach is concrete and operational and is supported effectively by the use of a mixed Faculty, consisting of industry professionals, business consultants, university professors, training experts and extensive use of company testimonials, analysis of case studies and group work, which allows promoting exchange and discussion among participants. The modules dedicated to the development of technical skills are supplemented by a module dedicated to interpersonal communication and team building, through exercises, simulations and outdoor activities. The latter aims at stimulating action and analysis to learn and to develop more effective strategies for managing group work in the professional life of participants. Individual coaching sessions are an integral part of the course designed to improve the management style and relational communication skills.

The course has a duration of 6 months, on a part time basis during weekends: 13 weekends, Friday afternoon and Saturday morning, for a total of 130 hours of training, divided into technical-specialist modules and transversal modules.

The course consists of teaching modules that can also be taken individually.

This course is compulsory for obtaining the Executive Master in ICT Management.
