Operations & Supply Chain Management

The JobLeader Operations & Supply Chain Management course allows the learning of strategies and techniques to improve the planning, management and control of an increasingly integrated Supply Chain.

The program also includes a module on Leadership development, to enhance the relationship skills that Operations and Supply Chain managers must have today.

The teaching methods, such as company visits and testimonials from business managers, and the use of a heterogeneous faculty (university teachers, expert trainers, managers and consultants) give answers to the real needs of companies.
The course lasts 7 months: 140 hours for a total of 14 weekends, Friday afternoon (14.00-20.00) and Saturday morning (9.00-13.00).
